As a retired Delta pilot, Steve knows the importance of having a great schedule. He took over the role of CVG ALPA scheduling rep in 1997, helping pilots better understand scheduling matters. When PBS arrived, he trained and assisted base pilots with the transition. After his early retirement in 2010, he founded the company to help Delta aircrews maximize their potential using his knowledge and background with the system.
When Sharon joined Flight Line, Inc. 16 years ago, she started as an EasyBid bidding specialist. She also remained as part of the team when the company was acquired by Sabre Airline Solutions. She then became a partner of PBS, working on-site in the Delta lounges and communicating with the pilots. It allowed her to learn further and effectively navigate the bidding process.
Her expertise includes customer service and training. Additionally, her excellence in the technical support of the bidding process provides ease for pilots from start to finish on a monthly basis.
Working as a professional flight attendant in ASA, Cindie became an expert at bidding and helped many of her fellow cabin crews with their schedules. She then became an invaluable part of the growing operation of PBS.
Steph lives in Loveland, OH and is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science. When she isn’t bidding awesome schedules, she also works PRN at a local oncology practice as a Medical Technologist. With two kids in year round sports, Steph understands how important it is to have a schedule that allows you to have a work-life balance.
Sarah is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a degree in Bachelors of
Business Administration in Marketing and Entrepreneurship. Coming from her
Brand Management role at Procter & Gamble, Sarah has over 10 years of
experience in account management, customer service, and data management —
and has taught yoga for over a decade, since 2012. Sarah lives in Cincinnati, Ohio
with her husband, son, and two dogs and understands the importance of
maintaining busy schedules!
